To download UltimateRPA, you first need to register an account at https://client.ultimaterpa.com.
On the login screen of the UltimateRPA client portal, select Register a New Account. In the registration form, fill in the required data, check the acceptance of terms and conditions, copy the CAPTCHA verification code into a relevant box and complete the registration by pressing the Create Account button.
If you already have valid registration, log in to the client portal using your email address and password at https://client.ultimaterpa.com.
After logging in to the client portal, select Downloads in the menu and download UltimateRPA tools or UltimateRPA Management Console using the Download button.
When the UltimateRPA tools download is complete, run the downloaded .exe file. After running, a dialog box will appear to guide you through the entire installation.
The first screen of the installer appears only if an older version of UltimateRPA tools is already installed. Previous versions are displayed on this window along with information about what is carried over from the last version. Specifically, this concerns the following files and directories.

The next step requires your agreement to the licensing terms and conditions. You cannot continue the installation unless you agree to them.
This is followed by the language selection. This selection determines whether UltimateRPA tools are installed in Czech or English.
After selecting a language, you can modify the path where the tools are to be installed.
After the path has been confirmed, the application starts installing on the selected path.
On the final page of the installer, you can choose whether the application with tutorials or documentation is to open after the installation is done.
UltimateRPA tools can be uninstalled directly from the list of programs installed in the system, or by running uninstall.exe, which is located in the application directory.
When the tools are being uninstalled, the user settings can be kept or deleted.
If you choose to keep the user settings files, the following files and directories remain in the directory.

If the application has already been installed in the past, you can reinstall it. In this situation, the user has two choices.
When the Management console download is complete, run the downloaded .exe file. After running, a dialog box will appear to guide you through the entire installation.
The next step requires your agreement to the licensing terms and conditions. You cannot continue the installation unless you agree to them.
After agreeing to the license, you can modify the path where the tools are to be installed.
During the installation, you must specify the port on which the Console is to receive the data subsequently. Make sure that the port you have defined is free and that no other application is running on it, otherwise the application will not start.
After the parameters have been set, the application will start installing on the path specified.
On the final screen of the installer, you can choose whether the application or documentation is to open in the browser after the installation is complete. The following directories will be created during installation:

You must have a valid license before you start using UltimateRPA.
A license key for a non-commercial license is available under the Licenses section in the https://client.ultimaterpa.com client portal. Activate "Get a free license for non-commercial use". A new license appears in the Your Licenses table, which you can view using the View button or copy to the clipboard with the Copy button.
If you need a commercial license, simply register and then send an email from your registered email address to licen. You will be sent a license key upon payment for the license. se@u ltima terp a.com
After downloading and unpacking the tools, run Inspector, which prompts you to enter the license key. After copying the license key from the client portal to the clipboard, paste the license key with the CTRL + V key combination or by right-clicking on the blank box and selecting Paste from the context menu. Once the Submit button is pressed, the license is validated, and the UltimateRPA tools are activated.
UltimateRPA Management Console can also be used without a commercial license. To obtain a commercial license, you must register on the client licensing portal at https://client.ultimaterpa.com.
